Audaz

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

1. Who we are

Audaz (“Audaz”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at audaz.co.uk and the associated members’ network, marketplace, Academy and related services for DJs, producers, ghost producers, labels and event organisers. You can contact us at hello@audaz.co.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid membership.

3. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships (Standard, Premium and any add-ons) are billed through our payment provider on the schedule shown at checkout. Where a fixed-term plan applies, it continues for the stated term. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase. Unless explicitly stated, fees are non-refundable.

4. Member content and licences

You keep ownership of the music, listings, posts and other content you upload. By uploading content to shared areas of Audaz (such as the feed, marketplace or track exchanges), you grant Audaz the limited licence needed to host, display and distribute that content within the service for you and other members. You confirm you hold the rights needed to share anything you upload.

Content you access through Audaz — including other members’ tracks, Academy lessons and Premium material — is for your personal, professional development use only. You may not download, redistribute, resell, repost or publicly perform it outside Audaz unless the rights holder has expressly permitted it.

5. Marketplace, bookings and payouts

Marketplace listings, bookings and shows are agreements between members. Audaz provides the platform, escrow-style payment handling and dispute tooling but is not a party to the underlying transaction. Members must honour agreed deliverables and dates. Fraud, bait-and-switch listing, or misuse of payouts may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: infringe others’ intellectual property; harass, impersonate or defraud other members; scrape or resell service data; attempt to bypass access controls, entitlement checks or payment requirements; upload malicious code; or use Audaz to distribute AI-generated content deceptively presented as human work where disclosure is required.

7. Connected accounts and integrations

Optional integrations (such as connecting your social accounts or Google Drive) use official, authorised APIs with your explicit consent. You can disconnect these at any time from your settings. We access only the data those permissions allow and use it to provide the features you enable.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, harm members, or create legal risk for Audaz. Where possible we will explain the reason and give you a chance to resolve it. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Audaz is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance. Continuing to use Audaz after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
