Delete your Audaz account
You can request the permanent deletion of your Audaz account and the personal data associated with it.
What will be deleted
When your request is verified and processed, we will delete or permanently anonymise:
- Your Audaz profile
- Your profile photograph and uploaded media
- Your biography, links and profile information
- Your posts, comments and reviews where legally possible
- Your direct messages, subject to safety and legal requirements
- Your follows and other social connections
- Uploaded music and files
- Saved preferences
- Academy progress and associated account data
- Authentication credentials and active sessions
- Other personal information associated with your account
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can also request deletion of selected personal data while keeping your Audaz account active. This may include uploaded files, profile media, posts, comments, saved content and other personal information.
Some information may be retained where required for completed bookings, payments, disputes, fraud prevention, safety or legal obligations.
- Profile photograph or uploaded profile media
- Biography, profile information or external links
- Posts
- Comments
- Reviews
- Uploaded music or files
- Direct messages, where legally and technically possible
- Saved content and preferences
- Academy activity or progress
- Other personal data
Information we may retain
Audaz may retain limited information where required for:
- Tax, accounting and financial-record obligations
- Completed or disputed payments and bookings
- Fraud prevention
- Chargebacks and payment disputes
- Legal claims or regulatory obligations
- Safety, moderation and enforcement records
How long we keep retained records
- Tax, accounting, transaction and payment records may be retained for up to six years where legally required.
- Chargeback, booking and payment-dispute information may be retained until the dispute is resolved and for any additional legally required period.
- Fraud-prevention, safety, moderation and enforcement records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our policies or meet legal obligations.
- Data that does not need to be retained is deleted or permanently anonymised once your verified request has been processed.
Retained records are restricted to authorised personnel and used only for the relevant legal or security purpose. See the Audaz Privacy Policy.
Before requesting deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to your profile, messages, uploads, purchases, Academy content and other account features.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Google Play, Apple or external subscription. Cancel any active subscription before deletion.
